The product is recommended to be used in spraying mixtures where the formulations of applied pesticides do not contain adhesives or wetting agents. Also, it is recommended for plants with sleek leaves, with ceraceous coat.
Furthermore, it is used in winter to prevent pesticides leaching during rainfall.
