Description
A mixture of a systemic fungicide of the organophosphate group (fosetyl Al) and a contact fungicide of the dithiocarbamate group (mancozeb) with protective and therapeutic action. The product is absorbed by the leaves and roots and transfered throughout the whole plant. Mancozeb works by blocking the cellular metabolism of fungi at multiple sites. Fosetyl Al acts by inhibiting the germination of spores but also by inducing plant defense mechanisms.
